Attira Refund Policy
Last updated: June 19, 2026
This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for paid subscriptions to Attira, the AI-powered wardrobe and virtual try-on application at [https://tryattire.com], operated by Abdul Afreen, a sole proprietor based in Eluru, Andhra Pradesh, India ("Attira", "we", "us"). It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service.
Payments and subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases. Where a refund is due, it is issued through Paddle to your original payment method.

1. Free trial
Paid plans (Pro and Premium) include a 7-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial, and you can cancel at any time before it ends to avoid being billed. The trial is your opportunity to fully evaluate the Service before any payment is taken.
2. No refunds after billing
Because the free trial gives you a complete opportunity to evaluate Attira, we do not offer refunds for subscription charges once a billing period has begun — whether the first charge after your trial or any later renewal. This includes partial or unused portions of a billing period.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or the Paddle customer portal. When you cancel:
- Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
- You are not charged again after that period ends.
- Your account then reverts to the Free plan; your wardrobe data is retained in line with our Privacy Policy.
We do not provide pro-rated refunds for the remainder of a billing period after cancellation.
4. Exceptions
Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights you have under applicable law (for example, mandatory consumer-protection or distance-selling rights in your country). Where the law requires a refund, we will honor it.
We may also, at our sole discretion, issue a refund in individual cases — such as a duplicate charge or a verified billing error. Doing so once does not obligate us to do so in any other case.
5. How to request
For billing questions, a cancellation you cannot complete yourself, or a refund you believe is required by law, email support@tryattire.com from the address on your account and include the approximate date of the charge. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
